Vietnam’s imports of apparel, leather and footwear materials grew up

Vietnam’s import of apparel, leather and footwear materials in July of this year grew up by 11.37 per cent over the previous month and by 30.42 per cent over the same month of last year to US$ 343.51 million, according to the figures of the General Department of Customs.

Footwear exports increased nearly 15% in first 7 months

Vietnam’s export of footwear saw a consecutive decrease of 2.93 per cent in July after falling by 8.44 per cent in June. However in the first seven months of this year, the country’s export of footwear still grew up by 14.87 per cent over the same period last year to US$ 4.75 billion.
