What OEM and ODM footwear services does Dong Hung offer?+
We support brands from tech pack or idea to shipment: product development, lasts, patterns, sole tooling, material sourcing, sampling, bulk production, quality inspection and export logistics. You can bring a finished design (OEM) or develop it with our Product Development Centre (ODM).
What types of shoes do you manufacture?+
Our core is vulcanised shoes, fashion and casual footwear and semi-athletic sneakers. Tell us your construction and materials and we will confirm fit with our lines.
Where is your shoe factory and how large is your capacity?+
We are a Vietnamese footwear manufacturer producing since 1992, with factories in Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City. Capacity is about 5 million pairs per year on 8 lasting lines.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ depends on construction, materials and colourways. Share your target volume in the quote form and we will confirm the MOQ in your quotation.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?+
Timelines depend on the style and material lead times. We confirm sampling and delivery dates in the quotation and track every milestone after sample approval.
How do you control quality?+
Incoming materials are checked, production passes in-line checkpoints, and finished goods go through final random inspection against the approved sample.
Will my designs stay confidential?+
Yes. Design files and tech packs are handled only by the team working on your programme, and we can sign an NDA before you share details.
