Shipping & Delivery Policy

How Dong Hung ships footwear orders: Incoterms, lead times, export documents, inspection and delivery responsibilities.
Who we ship to
We manufacture footwear for business customers (brands, retailers and sourcing companies). We do not sell or ship to individual consumers through this website.
Delivery terms
Goods are delivered under the Incoterms 2020 rule stated in your quotation and purchase order, usually EXW, FOB (Ho Chi Minh City ports) or CIF. Risk and cost pass to the buyer as defined by that Incoterm.
Lead times
Sample and bulk production timelines depend on style, materials and order size. Ex-factory dates are confirmed in the quotation and purchase order and tracked after sample approval.
Inspection before shipment
Every order passes final random inspection against the approved sample. Buyers or their appointed third-party inspectors may inspect before shipment by arrangement.
Export documents
We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and customs export declaration, plus certificate of origin or other documents when agreed in the order.
Packing
Goods are packed to the buyer's approved packing and labelling instructions, or to our standard export carton packing if none are given.
Delays, shortages and claims
We inform you promptly of any expected delay. Quantity or quality claims should be sent in writing to contact@donghungfootwear.com within the period stated in the contract, with photos and shipment references.
