How Dong Hung collects, uses and protects the information you submit through our website, quote forms and AI chat.
Who we are
This website is operated by Dong Hung Industry Joint Stock Company (DHI), 667 Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Email: contact@donghungfootwear.com. Phone: +84 274 3727017.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, start a project, register on the Buyer Portal or chat with our AI advisor, we collect what you choose to share: your name, company or brand, phone number, email, estimated quantity, footwear type, project notes, files and chat messages.
We also record basic technical data such as the page you came from, language, browser type and visit time, and advertising click identifiers when you arrive from an ad.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, manage our business relationship, improve our website and measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process personal data based on your consent when you submit a form or chat, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
Sharing
Your data is accessed only by Dong Hung staff who handle your enquiry. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email and analytics, and advertising platforms such as Google Ads for conversion measurement. We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed for the business relationship and legal record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Data is stored with access controls, encryption in transit and role-based permissions.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing contact@donghungfootwear.com. We reply within the time required by law.
AI chat
Our website advisor is an AI chatbot. Conversations are saved so our sales team can follow up. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
